I didn't and couldn't really believe it then.. but now.. I think it's really true!!!

My friend who tried to get pregnant for almost 2 years and been seeing doctors after doctors, popping pills after pills, prayers after prayers.. is now finally pregnant!!!!

YEA!!! I am soooooooo happy for her!!! you can't imagine how great it feels!!! and...

She took it only for about 2 months and she is about 1 month pregnant!! just like my other fren.. also like tt :D I'm so amazed!!

I'm sure the doctors medicine and her prayers is also the main reason but nevertheless, Herbalife is also a part of it!! Hebalife made her body stronger and she actually wanted to gain weight (coz it is very difficult for her to even increase 1 kg) and she did during the 2 months!!! She gain from 45+kg to 51kg in 2 months!!! ahahahaaha.. so happy so happy!!!

She also feel very warm when she took Herbalife... but she did not quit. :D she stay on the product like i told her to and drink more water!!! and now!!! God had made it a miracle!! Yea!!

I met with one of the youngest looking auntie (at her age) that I have ever seen! She is glowing with health and beauty! She has been taking Herbalife for 12 years now and let me tell you her story.. she was a house wife before this and because always asking for money from her husband doesn’t feel so good (as I know many of us feels that way too.. coz every time we ask, hubby will always question our purchase.. haih~~) so she joint Herbalife to earn some extra income AND want to have a healthy life.. Gain Weight!!!

Sorry for Missing In Action (MIA) for a while now :D Was my birthday last week so was really busy enjoying myself ahahahah!!! Back to sharing u more good news :D

Due to xy request, would like to share a good example of a weight gain person that I get to meet personally… he was very thin in the past and looked very un healthy… u can see it in this picture below.. and after taking Herbalife for 2 months he gained 12kg!!!! yea!!! Honestly, sometimes gaining weight is harder than loosing them… do you agree? I was very thin before and I eat more carbo than many friends tt I know.. I basically loveeeeeee rice!!! It's better than many other types of diet product out there.. (even though Herbalife is not about dieting ONLY) Herbalife allow you and actually need you to take at least one solid meal a day... unlike some which request you to take the product the whole day with no in take of solid food...

So he did it intensively and look great and feel great after that!! But he gain a bit after a year or so lar.. ahahah but not to his originl weight though... and that's very good news coz right now.. he eats like nobody's business.. :P

My friend's hubby not only are now able to sleep better, he is continuing to loose weight and his visceral fat is droping by the week!!! Amazing ei!!!

We are both so excited for our beloved hubby... :D We hope for their good health and have a happier life with less worries on their minds...most of all having that good night sleep.. :D

As My hubby and I were chatting the other day I suddenly remembered an incident happenning almost every nigth since he took Herbalife...

"Wht do you always fart at night?How many times you want me to 'faint" (pengsan) while i am asleep??" I asked..

He said, "Herbalife lar.. made him fart so much and its not controlable." ..He thinks the incident is funny so he only give me a grin after tt.. "aheeheehee"

Farting is good lar coz it helps us to get rid of unhealthy stuff in our tummy..

I can fit!!!!

I was able to wear my nice skirt from Bangkok the other day..

Every weekend i would take out the skirt and try it on... and every week since I gave birth I couldn't get myself into the skirt... not tt it cannot go in... but it's really.. well... a little ugly... my tummy looked over size and i look doubly fat... the skirt is an A-line skirt so it made me look fatter then I am..

But last week.. i manage to fit into it and look great!!! ahahaha i made some eyes turn too :P aheehee... (in a good way of course...you can see by the way they look at you... it's not a stare but a look... like the shy type.. ahahah...) i'm so perasan... :P but it's true... If one is truly beautiful, you feel beautiful and you are beautiful.

So anyone out there wanna joing me? wahahaha...

I do encourage all who are now taking to NOT give up!!! Continue the program and you will see results results and nothing but results!!!!

Last time :D I wonder how long till i can see more effect on me :D

I think I should take more of Herbalife for dinner :P and see a faster result wahaha.. I wanna slim down to a more curvy look.

A couple of mounths back, nigel 'requested' that I shape up a little coz i am really and totally out of shape... (All becuase I gave birth to you son lor... what I do to make this a family whole >:P Haih~~~) Anyway, some sacrifices have to be made also lar... but my body shape should not be one of them :D

I wanna look and feel good for myself and for my husband... after all.. he is my other half... we should always keep ourselves fits for each other and of course because we are the temple of God, we should always keep our body healthy...

See?? last time i was so thin... but i know you all say if one was thin b4, it's easier to be thin again after giving birth, especially natural birth.. not true for me...

The last time I gain a lot of weight was when I just started working that was about 8 or 9 years ago.. and when i got to that weight.. i had never drop back into my original weight.. so, it's not as easy as it seems...

We are the Champion!!!!!

You know what... we must think how are we going to celebrate when we get that ideal shape and figure that we always wanted!!

Yup... this the my hubby's supply for 2 weeks... where he lost 2 kg... but gain more muscle last week for taking more F3 the Soy Protein.. (the small bottle)

He basically ok with the 3 flavour i got him.. the choc, vanila and Cuppatino... I personally love the cuppatino :D the rest... not so much... I dun mind having it every day either ahahah

:D I am the first type of person... IF I DUN LIKE THE TASTE! I dun take them :P honestly... I am a very fussy eater...

In Herbalife there are 5 types of flavours... My personal fav is CAPPUCCINO!!! ~~~ You Coffee lover out there~~~ gimme five!!!

In Malaysia we have 5 diff flavours... Cappuccino, Chocolate, Vanilla, Strawberry and Tropical..

So pick your choice :D

I have reduced 1kg :D

In my 3 weeks, i've lost 1 kg BUT i have lost 2% of my fat :D ahahaha... I will get my ideal fat in no time and.. my meta age is 26 now ahahah inproved inproved...

Nigel heavier this week!!!! Oh no?? what happened?? Did he snakced too much this week??? ahahah no lar.. He is heavier but not from accumulated in his fat but muscle... :D so it is good.. His fat % actually the same but his muscle is heavier so this week he gain back almost the 2 kg he lost last week.. akakaka...

No problem... with more muscle he will burn more fat :)

And... i think i shaped up a little :D show you the photos tomorrow ahahaha..
